Louie, this just happened Friday night, and you've already read the police report? You said you saw this on Fox 25 |

The police call stated that it was a husband who stabbed his wife. Can't you just post what you know? It was a domestic.

yeah I walked into the police station and asked the officer at the desk what happen on ellsworth street it was not a husband and wife it was two gay guys ok, and yes it was on fox news friday nite as breaking news since there was blood in front of my property as a landlord I think I have a right to know, anything else, let me tell you who was here fire, two ambulances, 3 police crusiers and one unmark car. So are we going to make a deal about this. You people should watch fox 25 there is more news on everett than any other station |

Was it your tenant? I do watch Fox 25 when I have time your right they seem to get the breaking news before any other channel. Thanks for the information. I wanted to let people know it was a domestic and not a random crime. I heard the police cruisers were blocked in during the incident and were worried they could not get out for other calls.

My apologies, Louie. I hope your neighborhood has settled down now.
I think Sally's point, though, is that this was not a gang related incident, which is what we tend to think when we hear about these types of things. |

It's interesting to me that anyone, even the landlord of a nearby home, can obtain details from the officer at the desk. Aren't there legal issues involved in releasing information without some kind of official request? Privacy issues, etc?...

I do not think he got the information about the tweo gentlemen being gay from the police. I would assume he knew that from being their neighbor.

It would all be public record, Michael; if the police were called, then there has to be a police report. Louie would've had to ask the police to see the report. |

It is public record. I am sure the officer would not go into personal information her would hand you a police report. Everything is public record, it will be in the police blog of the independent this week I am sure.

Everett pride it was not my tenant it was the house next door to me, the owner is that Bobby Laqadaria who is always in the paper and has a show on channel three.
Now if you had a scanner on it came over as a domestic between two men not a husband and wife. I hate to differ with you people out here but,if I had a computer scanner. I suggest you get the Malden Papers there is more news about Everett in there than our own papers. |
