and yes I have read it and I fully ubderstand it, I'm not so sure you do though. The Police cannot come and shut me up, if that day ever comes, you then count the days when other freedoms start to dindle. SO YES ITS FREE SPEECH.

| I don't think anyone is suggesting that the police can come to your house and "shut you up." But free speech and actions have responsbilities, Joe. The right to swing your arms ends at the tip of my nose. Capeesh? |

Yes your are correct, I have said nothing I cant back up or substantiate and that my friend takes the wind out of the libel and slander sails.

Listen I'm sorry but whats wrong with having a tan, and 1980's clothes I only wish I could still fit in them.
Oh and citizen caine as in cocaine, I did express myself its to bad you cant understand it. It doesnt matter anyway.

| Many people had initial reservations about the police chief's age and experience at the outset. Chief Mazzie has proven to be a capable and effective leader of the department since he took over a rudderless ship from former chief of police Rogers. There will always be some who try to discredit someone doing a fine job. Perhaps " Joe Blow " has a personal gripe with the chief? To say nobody likes Chief Mazzie is rediculous. He has a large number of supporters in the community. Just the fact he has been chosen by two different administrations to lead the department is evidence enough of his ability to do the job well. |

I am a fan of the chief. I think he is doing a great job in this city. Living in another town is his choice.
