Hello to All,
We have been away for sometime and have not had the opportunity to comment on the strange, yet comedic, nonsense in Everett recently.
Well, we have returned. To those of you who do not know us, I shall give some background. I am a man of the cloth and my faithful companion, researcher, and typist is the DWHH. We have done many, many hours of research for Dan Brown at the Vatican, the Plains of Nazca, and recently, in Polynesia on Easter Island. If any of you would like to view the prize essay you may do so at this link You must be logged in to see this link.
So.....Ranieri is a city code enforcement employee.....
So.....Alleged wrongdoing at the recreational center.....
So.....The budget bloated with over thirty new hires by the mayor....
So.....Mayoral impersonators on this blog....
So.....Audits promised with no results....
So.....Close Hanlon supporters showing disillusionment with their favorite son......
And much, much more.......
and also, to the patient ones, more to come......
hmmmmmm
Looks like we have a lot of catching up to do.
Signed,
DWHH
and
Emile Schoeffhausen

Very nice to hear from you. We will do our best not to disappoint.
We have our "paws" again on the heartbeat of Everett.

We thank you for your kind words, Citizen,
The Pup always says "Merry Christmas" this time of year. This year I say Happy Kwanza and of course, Happy Channukah as well as Merry Christmas.
Somewhat of a Sammy Davis Junior kind of thing.
Greetings of the Season to you and your family as well,
I expect you will be missing Rosebud as usual this time of year. Be strong, my friend.

I shall try my best. It can be a struggle, especially when the snow starts to fall. The ability to spend the family fortune, however, does help to ease the pain.

Look who's back! Welcome, welcome, welcome to you and the Pup! I was hoping that you would put in an appearance before Christmas and here you are! It has been a long, dark night waiting for the light of your humor and wit, captured in each post. Welcome back, my friend. Much has happened since you left; I look forward to learning your view on these things.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! |

Good evening Emile and the DWHH. Wonderful to see that the two of you are back. I hope that Santa gives the pup a bone as big as a house for XMAS. Looks like we get an early XMAS present with your return from the travels. Wonderful...WELCOME HOME!!! |

Court!
Lisa!
Oh Masterful1!
and of course, Citizen!
So very nice to hear from all of you!
Thank you all for your kind words and support for the Pup and I. Your wishes to us for a wonderful Holiday Season are graciously accepted and we would like to wish all of you and your families the same.
We are reading the previous posts and must say that some new members have colorful names.
The Pup is very amused by the member called "janeensahoe".
Very enlightening, I must say......
As Citizen Kane says...."The news goes on for 24 hours a day."
Always something interesting in Everett.
signed,
the Pup (who will not be dissappointed by Santa)

Terrible thing for Mr. Matewsky to witness in California. Not good for anyone to see. He has our sympathies.
During the interview on Matewsky by channel 7 with Mayor Hanlon at Everett City Hall, I noticed something unusual.
Did anyone see the LCD or Plasma TV on Hanlons office wall? Mr. Hi-Tech himself. This is a person who didn't or still doesn't know how to use a computer.
Mayor Ragucci had a second hand tv in his office. Not good enough for the New Guy, I guess....
Many of us are scrambling to pay taxes, water bills, auto assessments, etc......
Thanks to all the taxpayers of Everett for providing Mr. Hanlon with a $2000 toy.

Good for you!
I still do not see the Mayoral thing going on with Mr. Hanlon.
Who exactly is running the City? Freddy?

Rumor has it that the Budget Director has, well, let's just say she has a great deal of influence in far too many areas.
This is probably the most inept and most dishonest group of people running City Hall since the Plunkitt administration. |

Yes, I heard it was the budget director also. Her primary goal is apparently to employ as many of her relatives as possible.
If I remember correctly, when the one term Plunkitt left, there was a lot of speculation regarding missing money from the sale of the dump. The city was able to recover from that without too much trouble. I'm afraid recovering from what this administration is doing won't be as easy! |
