Isn't it sad that you cannot read our local papers to find the truth of what is going on in our city? All city government has to do is throw some ads their way and the paper changes their view on the administration. Follow the money is exactly correct and it's been happening for years. I would like to read a paper that just reports the facts...........no slant either way. I, for one, am not interested in newspapers opinion. I can form my own if informed correctly.

Is anyone here planning on attending the meeting in Charlestown on the sludge site?

I'm definitely hoping to get there, massdee. I'm just wondering if it will get cancelled or postponed, given that it's the same night as the inaugural festivities for Deval Patrick.

Well, I will continue to provide as much informed info here as I can. I provide zero paid advertising space and online blogs/boards are very inexpensive to run and distribute (unlike newspapers). Hopefully, readership of this forum will increase to the point where a substantial chunk of the voting population read it. I am shooting for reaching 10% of the 8000 homes by the end of the 2007. With the advances in computer literacy lately, I beleive it is possible.

Michael, just to let you know, I tell everyone I know about this blog and email them the site. I often see a lot of guests in here but they are not registering. I think they come here to find out what the average Everett person is thinkinking and to get some unbiased info. Keep up the good work.
