Emile was referencing the movie The Caine Mutiny.
I can't speak to the train of thought, though; it made sense to me last night, but I think a few brain cells have jumped ship in the interim.

| CK, you are too cool for school...Glad to see someone else likes that movie..In the movie, Al Pacino gets fed up and frustrated, like we all are with this bickering back and forth. So, he takes a nutty, flips out, goes bonkers,whatever you want to call it. Kind of like what we want to do here at times...People, we need to relax, chill, cool out and peace out. As far as trains of thought, mine is still boarding at the station...WOO WOO..LOL |

| As far as the mutiny thing, the main character if I remember correctly was Mr. Christian, who started the mutiny against Capt.Queeg. I thought we could form a mutiny against Eagle with walker..Come voting time, I know I will!!! |

Is it true that they are hiring an additional six people to enforce the overnight parking restriction?

I believe that's true, Emile. They are hiring a "citizen force" to do the ticketing on the overnight stickers to take it off the plate of the police.
Masterful1 -- I think you're mixing up your mutinys -- I believe Mr. Christian was Mutiny on the Bounty and Captain Queeg is The Caine Mutiny. I'm going with The Caine Mutiny . . . our Mayor frequently rambles as much as Captain Queeg does in the courtroom scene. |

| That's what I heard the mayor say at one of the meetings. Can't imagine what out tax bills will be next year. I feel bad for the next mayor, what a mess he/she is going to walk into. |
