| Now that there is a new director down the rec has there been any new programs put in place? |

| nope but there is a program on channel 16 that comes on around 6ish and last for about 15 min. and janeen and leo are talking about new programs they are trying to get in down there but, we do have an old administration so most are gear to old people |

I attended a Wrestling Match there last week end with my son and I was not impressed. $10.00 each to get in and from what I was told most of the wrestlers were employees at the Center. The other kids there were about 8-12 years old and the language on them were atrocious. Cursing, yelling, finger gestures, and all along the parent was sitting there and smiling like this was normal. They were definitely a different breed of people than I am use to. Never again.

and if i remember correctly there were some arrests there also.
was at the same match not kids from everett like the rec promised |

| The Wrestling at the rec is not a rec function. They wrestling company rents the rec out for the night. And if I remember correctly, only 1 wrestler that is involved with wrestling, works part time at the rec. |

| They usually do, they advertise in the paper. You can call them they will let you know what is going on this week. 617-394-2390, or 617-394-2381. |

I'd like to say what a great program they had this season for the 1st & 2nd graders' Instructional basketball down at the Rec. My kid is sad that it went by so quick!
I was amazed how the Instructor (Dennis) was able to keep the kids' attention at that age, and to see how quickly the kids picked up their skills. Even more impressed to see them actually play full court basketball games in the last month of the program.
Great job Dennis!

As soon as I heard that Rick Milley was going to be in charge down there I knew good things would happen. He is a great guy and very dedicated to the kids of this city, he has always been. The staff down there are great also.
