I say let's get Stat Smith to run. He belongs here in Everett. Unless we can get Lorrie Bruno to run...

I do not know her personally, but I would never vote for her.

If Van Campen runs, then he lied to others when he told them he wasn't running. Also if RVC runs then I believe Hanlon will not and I really can't see that happening. |

It wouldn't have been the first time that Van Campen wasn't quite truthful...I recall he told Barbara Collins he wouldn't run against her...and then he did! |

I forgot about that, Court. You are so right. Listening to last nights meeting I'm not so sure about Carlo running anymore. Did anyone else get that impression? |

Someone was putting his cruller into some muffins at the store in chelsea.
That may be brought forward if he runs for mayor.

I hope that Carlo reconsiders a mayoral run. It's not in the best interest of the city or his own. The thought of him "drunk with power" is frightening for us all. |

High, what are you talking about? Carlo is a good guy. I do not know why people feel the need to talk trash about him. There are many others in this city who deserve trash talking much more than Carlo.

I agree in theory, Sally. I have overheard Carlo saying some horribly nasty things about colleagues and their elementary age children [not to mention untrue], so perhaps that justifies him getting a taste of his own medicine. |

I like Carlo too. But, I must say he didn't score any points with me during last Monday nights meeting. |

Carlo seems to be a nice guy, in my opinion, he's just not Mayor material. |

Carlo is definitely not who we need in the corner office. We need someone really sharp and that leaves him out. |
