I think a muzzle would be better, he just doesn't know when to stop talking. He makes his point and then just keeps going on and then you forget what he was talking about in the first place.

I think he forgets what he was talking about too and figures if he keeps flapping his lips he might get lucky and remember. The man talks rag time more often than not. If it were anyone else I'd say he was strung out........
