He did say something along those lines, Louie, but it's a lame explanation.
And seriously . . . does the adminstration really expect us to accept that this is an "emergency"? Where is the threat to public safety by continuing to have the police perform this duty while a proper job search is conducted? |

| Ok, just to let you know, every week I see Louie S. checking my area on trash day talking to the people and explaining the rules. Gotta love the guy..He tries to give them one chance before he will write them up..I have seen him every week, without fail. It is nice to know at least he is on the job, doing what he is supposed to. |

| Does Henderson realize that he is really not the mayor? He seems to think himself above reproach for his actions? I thought he said they don't have to follow policy with these jobs. Does he live in Everett? |

I don't feel old, Louie . . . just discouraged by what I see. I've been here a long time, and I've never seen such flagrant abuse of power in this city before.
Yes, Masterful1, Henderson does live in Everett . . . I'm not sure what he's thinking with his contention that they didn't have to follow policy for these jobs. Again, where is this "state of emergency" that he claims gave them leave to just hire the first people who walked through the door? |

| AS for Henderson he thinks he works and speaks for the Mayor, NO! He and the Mayor and the rest of the admin.work for us the taxpayers,what we need is someone to remind them of this.The city is a buisness and we the taxpayers are the owners of this buisness!And as of one of the owners I want them all TERMINATED!bY THE NEXT BOARD MEETING (next election). |

Yeah . . . Valerie Fulchini quite last Friday. From what I understand, she just walked out. This will make the third time she's done that since Hanlon took office. The first two times, she went out on a "stress" disability.
What a mess. |
