I read here the other day about a stabbing near Parker Street on Friday night I believe. Well I just heard who it was and he is a friend of my son. He is a student at the high school. He recieved over 100 stitches. And allegedly it was MS13 who attacked him!
My husband wants to move ASAP!

| It is so sad what our city has become. Is this gang an Everett based gang? I don't know much about these things. My kids are no longer in EPS, so I'm not informed like I was. We all need to have more information about these things. It's a Public Safety issue. I hope the boy that was injured will be fine. |

They are from El Salvador I believe. They have been around here for years. They are the same gang who raped a handicapped girl in Foss Park in Somerville a few years ago. They are very violent.

The reason I ask is...
I was born and raised here and I can't wait to get the hell outta here now, I just wonder why anyone who wasn't would put up with this crap for a second. Us lifers keep stupidly thinking it will get better. Reality is, It won't. |

| On Saturday night, I took my kids outside to sleep in a tent..Gotta get them ready for camping, when at about 10:30 pm I thought I heard shots. Now, I am not a worry wart, but, I got them right into the house..Tried to calm the youngest by saying it was a car backfiring. I don't think it was a car, anyone else hear anything about it? |

Lynda my husband grew up in Somerville. Everett used to be a step up from Somerville , but not anymore LOL
My son just told me that because Moxie Cripts, the Ferry Street gang left , MS13 has returned. The kid was stabbed for having a red shirt on.

The Ferry Street gang was nothing compared to this gang. My son really made me wonder today when he said to me, "if they stopped trying to cover everything up in Everett and let the papers print the real news, maybe the citizens would take a stand and demand more funding for the police department so they could have more than 15 cops on the streets at night." From the mouths of babes. He is so right. I bet this does not even make the paper.
