| I understand for looking back I should have been more specific. I should have said Martha Coakley who has been a common thread as both the Middlesex DA and now AG. I don't think she'll do anything. |

Just read this on The Mirror.
Thibeault does own a parcel of land in Revere. He has approached Revere city government about developing it. Thibeault plan is put a dump on the property and have a developer come in and build a BJ's and condo units. Sounds great, doesn't it? Here's the catch, the development has to be all or nothing, according to Thibeault. So, if Revere wants a BJ's or the condos, they have to approve the dump site.This is the way Thibeault operates.

| I agree Lynda. That is why I think Thibeault's master plan might be to move Wood Waste down there and build nothing else. The rest of it, is just to sell his proposal. I could be wrong, but knowing his past history, I am very leery of Thibeault. |

I just read the post below that was on the other blog. Was it sneaky of De Maria not mentioning the guys name on his video? I kinda think so. I'm just asking for an opinion here because boy they battle like they are on a war field on the other blog. It's like the Enquirer over there.
My question is why was Carlo hiding the fact that it was William Thebault he was talking about in his video? If he feels that strongly and really believes in this, then he should have come clean. In my opinion, his campaign video ruined him. The fact that he was being sneaky and not mentioning William Thebault as the “developer” that he spoke about but then to lie and claim that Thebault was a friend of Dave Ragucci was the biggest turn off. Everyone knows that even David would NOT do business with this guy and Carlo claimed that the current administration turned him down only because he was a friend. That was a lie from Carlo and this is all the proof I need to know that Carlo can not be the next mayor. No experience and to lie on a campaign video knowing that people know the truth, was not very intelligent on his part. He will run the city into the ground. It will be Thebault running the city behind the scenes. Oh yea, that’s just great.

They are "different" to say the least over there.
In my opinion I think that Carlo didn't say anything about Mr Thebault because the video was about him and his campaign. |

the development in revere has no dump site in the proposal. Mayor Tom Ambrosino like Carlo DeMaria would never disgrace their city. Carlo and Mayor Ambrosino want better for their cities. Mr.Thibeault is the new owner of the property on route 99. You can work with him to develop the site( clean development) generating much needed tax dollars,or you can fight him like McCarthy did costing tax payers millions in legal fees and losing the fight. Mr.Thibeault during the Ragucci administation signed I believe a three year extension on building his enclosed structure. He does want to move this down behind Costco(enclosed) take it off the parkway, develop that site. New clean develpoment. Don't you think Carlo will make sure he gets what the city deserves first. He is not a man who would sell himself too anyone. He has alotof pride for Everett. People who just read this for info. please call Carlo at his headquaters, if you have any questions. the facts are obvious...Thibeau is the money machine behind Carlo - his name was on Carlo's invites to his fund raiser at the Wharf - He's hoping Carlo gets in so he can move his dump down lower Broadway -
What a site that will be coming into our city!
What a shame. |
