| I have gone back and read many of the posts from Carlo's supporters, none of them are disputing that Thibeault wants to build a waste facility down on lower Broadway. Knowing this and listening to Carlo's video I think he was less than honest with the voters by not mentioning Thibeault by name and not mentioning the waste facility. Even as you say everything must go through both councils it is still troubling that Carlo would have anything to do with this man. Thibeault has not been a good business man in Everett and else where. That is the major reason this has become a political issue. It is a matter of character. |

Ellen... As you say he has not hidden anything. He is upfront with everything. He didn't mention names in his video, why should he? Anyone, like myself, who wanted to know who he was speaking of, simply called him. He talked to me about beautifying the city. This man owns this property already so there is nothing we the people can do about that. All we can do is approve or disapprove his doings on it. Carlo never said he was going to let him build a waste plant. Or should I say another Sludge plant. He told me about a waterfront property, shops, etc... |

| yup, lower Broadway is Route 99, actually all of Broadway is Route 99. |

| But did you come right out and ask Carlo if Thibeault wanted to put a waste facility plant down there? That is the question that Carlo needs to answer. We all heard the other stuff on his video. |

| Yes I did and he told me (I think I have this correct)that if it was ever APPROVED by BOTH councils that it would be totally enclosed. |

| My point is, regardless if it is approved or not, there has been some discussion between Carlo and Thibeault about a waste facility down there. I believe Thibeault has wanted to do developments in other communities and his proposals have always been approve it all, or you get nothing. Some have approved his proposals because they wanted some of his package. Thibeault seems to be of questionable character. |

| What I mean is that if someone owns something is it sold to them with provisions of what they can and can not do with the property? Or is it just a outright purchase. I know I am confusing you, I am confusing myself. lol |

| I have no idea about this particular piece of property but I do believe that restrictions can be put on properties. I think it has more to do with zoning than anything else. |
