Is it true, some one applied for a liquor license to reopen Mike Marchese's old McDonald's Tavern on Ferry St? Anyone know the story on this?

I heard Bill Bowdridge too, just wasn't sure if anyone else heard same thing.
He and Mike are good friends, that's how Bill ended up with job at Rec.
Maybe a partnership is brewing here. |
