Are you sure about that Court4Fred, when they re-did the contract in 2002 i was under the assumption that they gave him a six year deal, and when the audit was first released in May i had a conversation with David Ragucci and he informed me that the new deal was even more expensive than the 1999 deal. I guess what i am trying to say is that if he is removed for any other reason than voluntary retirement he receives every dime that is remaining on the contract which right now would stand at almost 1/2 a million.

It is almost worth the money to get rid of him...He can't retire when he is under indictment.

The noble and courageous school committee essentially gave Fred the same terms, with a bump in his car allowance and salary. The terms also include his salary being tied to the Everett Administrators, which that 1999 report said was inappropriate. The school committee was told by the State Auditor that Fred's contracts needed to be amended to include an "out" clause - reason for termination, as is the case with every other superintendent. The auditor should be able to follow up and make sure that it was done.

Well seeing the auditor at the time it was done turned out to be scumbag Don Andrew who left city hall and then ran right down to Vine Street to receive a barrell full of cash to be a "consultant" for Freddy Bulger, who knows what the real story is. I must say that even though it has been really quiet since after the release of the audit, i thought for sure that Freddy was on the ropes even though the puppet school committee swept it under the rug and the Mayor kind of backed off his public assault on the Corrupt Midget. But i must admit from what i have seen over the last couple of weeks it seems that Freddy has gained more strength and power. How could this be? When will this foolishness end?

I am totally sicken by this turn of events with Mr. Hanlon.

I am already sickenedd by the antics of the school committee.

John Hanlon is a dupe. Marchese (both Micael and Joe), FFF, and Johnny Mac are in total control now.

All the Hanlon people said David Ragucci was raping the City. He was not. The real rape begins now.

Hanlon played Mr. Innocent and the voters believed him.

Wait until the voters see what's happening now. They have received what they wanted.

This city is screwed.

God help us.

Well, let's pick our battles. Everyone is so divided about hanlon, his appointees, etc. Let's get rid of one tumor at a time. Fred first, After all, cut the balls off a bull and you'll get lots of hamburg. Get Fred.

Wicked - I am laughing out loud here! Excellent visuals! But I think you're overestimating Fred. :) This is no bull! This is just another garden variety farm animal that sees a red cape and thinks he's a bull. And he's managed to convince our hopelessly inept school committee that he's the real deal, too. Remember that movie about the little pig that wanted to be a herd dog? "That'll do, pig." This is what we have going on...at the end of the day, the little pig was still a little pig.

Party on, Wicked. When this is over - we must meet and raise the glass high.

Party on, Court, Party on Wicked..It's Fred's world excellent..NOT!! The Fred is not a pig, more like a sloth..Hehe..:>)

Just like a sheepdog, we need to turn this school committe around and out..No more free passes, does anyone remember when Fred was sworn in the last time? First they swore him in, then they elected him..Absolutely hilarious, when they realized they did the procedure a$$backwards..

But then again, they were only showing their intelligence..

FFF does not seem very concerned about anything.

This is what troubles me.

Louie, it's not fair to spread gossip like that. I don't know who you are claiming went out with this woman, but both of these men are married. If nothing else, can't we have some consideration for their wives. I have no love for Foresteire, and I don't know Stephen Simonelli, but this type of gossip isn't helpful

That's not my point, louie. What difference does it make whether you witnessed it or not? What does it add to the discussion?

Louie, it doesn't add anything to the discussion. Rumor is what Fred and the boys like to do. I can only hope that justice will prevail...Think I'll take a trip to court on dec.nd to see for myself.
