why wasnt he ever charged with speeding? Does anyone know what ever happened to the families in those houses? Do they still live in Everett? ****************************************************************** CORRECTION (AP)3/30/08 EVERETT, Mass. - In a Dec. 5 story about the explosion of a tanker truck that destroyed 40 cars and two homes, The Associated Press, relying on information from the State Police, reported erroneously that the driver had been cited for speeding and not carrying a medical certificate.
The driver, Chad LaFrance, of Dover, N.H., has not been charged in the accident, the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office said Friday.

Was the city of Everett suppose to give him a speeding ticket? I would think so. Also, the driver from the Chicopee accident passed away. I dont think he was speeding but swerved to avoid a car broken down.
