I believe this is the statement in question (from the website)
Here is a word the Mayor is going to have to familiarize himself with very soon.
Ethics
Did the Mayor DeMaria violate State Ethics Laws?
Excerpt for Chapter 268A Laws Governing your conduct as an elected Official:
"You may not take any type of official action which will affect the financial interests of your immediate family or your spouse's immediate family."
More to come on this very soon.
It sounds to me like a family member made a profit on something, but I cant confirm that. That's just what it appears "to me" that they are saying. |

I'm not referring to the one that was put out here the other day MD. I'm speaking of the multitude of wrong we've been discussing for months. Purchasing issues, sale of property, budget debacles, etc.

I was told that they will be starting to pave Fremont Ave tomorrow, and do not recall that street being on a list. Could have been, just haven’t seen it. How many of the mayors relatives live on that street? I guess it pays being related to the mayor.

Isn't that the street that the mayor's parents live on?

| I heard someone from the state gave a piece of advice to get rid of Brian Zaniblone because of all the grievances filed against him and it was Billy Thibeault that told him to take a fall. Just watch out for that. |

Just wondering... think the citizens could file one BIG grievance against the whole administration? Nice thought, huh?

If your numbers are correct, shouldn't that be sending up a red flag that something doesn't seem right down at City Services?

I heard someone from the state was at City Services over this, and advised to get rid of Brian. There's a major problem there and the mayor needs to do something.
Having him take a tumble is not the answer. IF that happens, just remember where you heard it first. I also think if it was ANYONE else, they would have been long gone.
