Hickey has a daughter that works for the school department?
If that is indeed true, and I do not doubt my friend Court, Hickey is a stooge for FFF.
Hickey has absolutely no chance of winning, he is just there to viciously split votes.
The Pup and I have known Mr. Hickey for years, and we are totally dissappointed with this latest development.

I can't understand how you can think that my candidacy is a roadblock to anyone. As an independent, I face only the winner in the Sept. primary.
And just for the record, anyone who knows me knows I am no stooge to anyone. As always, I welcome any dialogue at anytime. You all know where to find me.

Of course, you would never do that, your daughter may lose her job.

| H1 if you think hickey will withdraw from the race better days are coming after catching up on the everett papers I see that Mr. Hickey is concern with the traffic project starting on Monday and wants signage posted that the businessess are open so if this is the case when norwood street was being done along with Main street why was there no signage posted there? Makes me wonder but, then again it's everett. I understand that the chief got his job back a right choice even though I thought otherwise but we all have to live with the decisions the Mayor makes and like I posted before lets see what happen after six months then we as taxpayers will know what direction this city is going to go in. I understand that street sweeping will be starting in two weeks hopefully this will get posted in our local papers. I only saw one posting on the closing of broadway How sad |

Hi Lisa, welcome back!!
There actually signs in Malden regarding Broadway traffic issues.
At least the drivers in Malden know about the project. Ha Ha
As you said, Lisa, most Everett people are unaware.
Mr. Hickey is worried about his own business revenue...don't think he's worried about everyone else. He stands to lose business, because he owns and operates the Sea Tern fish restaurant near Pope John. Talk about self serving. I wonder if he would be concerned if he didn't run a business at that location?
Bye the way Lisa we are three months into your six month time frame. See anything good happening yet? (Besides Mazzie) Or will it all happen at once on May 31st?
Still no department head meetings since the new administration started.
