| Court4Fred i have no explanation as to how the people in the city voted Ela and Alconada back in, maybe it was a lack of candidates even though Tumblin ran against Ela but he did not come out in any ads and hammer away at him and the rest of the "weasels" the way Giuliano did from the beginning. I thought for sure that every incumbent that had an opponent would lose, i guess i was wrong. But i agree with you their day will come and hopefully it will come sooner rather than later. |

| John Tumblin had a limited budget for his campaign and news ads are expensive, so he waited til the week before the election to put a ad in. Too bad that was the "lost" edition. It probably cost him the election. Still had an impressive vote count for no one knowing who he was. He is also a man of integrity, which is why he didn't slam Ela. He knew he could make a difference, which is what his tv ad said. I believe him. |

Is the rumor about Guiliano's heart attack true?
Or is it another smear campaign by the school department?

I don't know whether it's true that he had a heart attack. I had heard that the night before the election he went into the hospital for open heart surgery. I haven't heard anything since.
