I hear the police blotter in the Independent this week should be interesting. That is if they have not already been paid off, or talked into leaving part of the real police blog out of the paper.

| u people crack me up why say something if you can't finish it. If it is someone who we all might know I am sure his or her name will be kept out of paper why put something out here that is not going to be out in the paper for a week. |

I cannot speak about family members. That is a rule, correct? And it is true. There were many people there when it happened. I am not necessarily happy about peoples misfortunes. I just have no confidence in the papers in this city printing the truth, unless of course you are not connected somehow to certain people.

| I don't know anything about any rules like that and I don't get any joy out of other peoples misfortunes either. With that being said, if it is something that is going to be printed in the newspaper and it is true, then I see no reason not to post about it. The fact that it is someones family member does not have to be brought into it. Just my opinion. |
