It is nice that Carlo will hire Hanlon as a consultant for Community Development.
Another do nothing job, obviously Hanlon still can't use a computer yet....
And poor Jerry Sheehan will have to take a pay cut with a new job title......
Only down to $72K.......Hope he can make ends meet......we feel bad....
Sorry Jerry, have to make room for the new guy, $90K just for getting Carlo elected.....it's always payback time at Donut Hall.
Pass the crullers....
And keeping Vetrano....is it because she does her job so well or just her wonderful personality?
Typical politics in Everett.
Carlo is living up to my expectations already.......
Excuse me, but the Pup wants a jelly donut.......

confidential sources, Sally.......
oh and don't forget....
Ray Grace gets Latorelli's job and Latorelli gets to collect unemployment.......
Time for my coffee and, of course, under the circumstances, ......a donut....

Just curious, Emile -- what job is Sheehan getting? And Vetrano? I had heard that she was definitely being let go. What will she be doing?
I did hear the same thing about Hanlon getting a consultant's position in the Community Development office. |

Why don't you all just chill and give Carlo a chance before you down him already. Let him get in there sit in his chair take a breath before you all start kicking him around. I personally think that he is going to do a great job and that he is knowledgeable enough to make the right decisions for our city in and out of City Hall. |

I have been away for a few days and did not hear any of this. I feel, if even one of those people are left on the payroll, Carlo will be starting out on the wrong foot. After all, these people are some of the reasons why Mr Hanlon is only a one term mayor. Should Carlo be putting together a transition team, so he will have a smooth turnover of the city? Does anyone know who will be part of this team? |

I am sure Mayor Hanlon's support came at a price. I only hope the price is not too high. |

Lynda, I do not believe "Charm" is Joe. Charm posted an email that Joe has sent out to all of his campaign workers. I think maybe that is what confused you. |

Barrios will also be a member of the transition team.
Now that's interesting.

Dominic, I know you didn't ask, but the reason I find it interesting is because of an ad Carlo had in the papers back when he was running against Barrios for State Senate. That is also why I am surprised. |

Well, that was predictable, wasn't it? George took a big risk coming out publicly for McGonagle. It would've been next to impossible to keep him on after that.
