Sorry, again I'll reserve the right to withhold comment until I see what actually happens.
And as far as your last comment to Tails goes, I really don't know what to say except that I was being sarcastic before when I said I didn't know why people aren't participating more lately. |

I know why people aren't participating................. we don't want to deal with just wondering's holier than thou attitude!
This was a good place to share information, thoughts, and ideas. Now it's the just wondering show. S/he badgers posters with differing opinions making it much less enjoyable.
Many people like to express an opinion without having it dissected and analyzed. just wondering tries to force participants to defend their opinion when it differs from hers/his (or Carlo's) and badgers them when they won't play that game.
When people aren't allowed to express themselves without criticism, the majority generally stop talking. |

That’s the whole point of the appearance of justwondering (just in time to defend Thibeault) and if you notice, justwondering gets very upset when anyone mentions the high salaries of the assistant, the executive director of city services and the budget director although, the drinking the kool aid comment I find interesting.
As far as the Budget Director goes, that is my opinion and not just mine. I do not find it coincidental that Clayton Carlisle was hired just in time for all Thibeault’s plans to go ahead. The Mayor has stated he wants to hire Everett people and I can not believe there is no one qualified in Everett or around Everett to be a budget director. We had to go all the way to Southbridge and hire someone that the Everett taxpayers are overpaying for, and for a man that Southbridge did not want for all the right reasons. Clayton, Casella Waste, Thibeualt are all tied into one. Your holier than thou attitude sounds very familiar to me so I am off the subject with one final comment……You must be logged in to see this link.

As for your comment about "tired old links" if you bothered to read it and study about what's going on that link is from March 2008. This is happening now and is not old news. I don't want this in anyone's back yard...okay. We have too many children with Asthma and heath issues and this man deliberately shut off odor control for those residents and their children to endure not caring if it would set off a childs asthma and he did this for spite. The city of Everett should have nothing to do with him.
And by the way...not one thing I have said was a "lie" as you claim. Everything has been backed up with facts and if I got the facts wrong, they were corrected. I only say this because I care about my neighbors and what they are going through and I for one do not want to make a man like Thiebault a billionaire. Let him go somewhere else but he wont because no one else wants him. There are big reasons for this and you are so blinded. You can sell your soul, I will not. |

Hanlon fires Keverian...Tails thinks DeMaria is behind it
DeMaria hires Keverian ...Tails says nothing (so much for correcting yourself)
Asked to discuss options for development...Tails has no thoughts....other than 'anything but Theibault'
Tails....were you at the meetings to discuss the possible uses of the Devens School or High School?

You mention the budget, I asked what CARLO has done and you have no answers. Yes, Keverian was rehired and that was a good thing however, pressure from Speaker Dimasi I'm sure came to play. Carlo did not want Keverian because Keverian backed another candidate and Hanlon was gone so here's where another favor came to play....Hanlon did his dirty work then when Carlo took heat for it he tried to pressure Kay Lazar to do a retraction and she said NO. There are many other options for development than putting someone that contributed heavily into your campaign.

Here we have a perfect example of what I was referring to earlier today. If you don't agree with just wondering, s/he badgers the hell out of you........... which definitely makes posting here a lot of fun!

I'm glad Mr. Keverian is back. He is a good man and very knowledgeable, however I do not give Carlo credit for this. This is once again, for damage control and it's fake.

please accept my apology... I was only pointing out that tails has no desire to discuss anything positive about the administration. Her/His mission since election day Nov 2008 has been to be a thorn in the administrations side....no clue what the motive behind it is and I'm not one to speculate.

| All this criticism is like global warming. Everyone stands up and has something to say but then they jump in their SUV's and go home and crank up the oil heat. William J. Thibeault is a concern to many people and rightfully so. You need to keep up with the phone calls and the emails to all elected officials and make them aware that you will hold them responsible for this. We already have to thank our current mayor for putting this threat out there. |

I have been told that the BOA and the CC cannot bring Thibeault up at their meetings because the City is in litigation with Thibeault. Maybe that is why Mayor DeMaria does not mention Mr Thibeault by name in the Chamber Chatter program. Could our CC or BOA do the same thing and put something on the agenda having to do with the developer's plan for lower Broadway without mentioning Thibeault's name? I would like to see the Waste Transfer Station issue taken up at both the CC and BOA meetings. Many of us have growing concerns and questions about this issue and would like to see it addressed by our elected officials. Every day that goes by without any action from our elected officials brings the City of Everett closer to Thibeault completing his deal.
